ארגון אזרחי, ללא מטרת רווח, שהוקם בעקבות מצב החירום ומוקדש לספק ציוד חיוני ישירות לחיילים, כיתות כוננות וגורמי בטחון שונים. פעילות החמ"ל המרכזי מורכבת מאזרחים מסורים התורמים מזמנם ומשאביהם כדי לסייע בגיוס ציוד ותרומות מחו"ל, הבאתם לארץ, מיון הציוד ושינועו היישר ליחידות בשטח. משימתנו העיקרית הינה לעבוד בשיתוף פעולה הדוק עם רשויות צבאיות ואזרחיות על מנת להבטיח אספקה של ציוד תמיכה קריטי בשעת מלחמה.
